We are currently seeking a for a Relational Marketing Account who will report to the CRM & Relational Marketing Coordinator as part of our dynamic team based in Leccio.

    The Mall Luxury Outlets is a retail brand whose core business is to operate exclusive outlet villages dedicated to luxury brands only. Currently running two luxury outlet villages in Italy, The Mall Sanremo and The Mall Firenze, the brand keeps developing its business in a multichannel and international perspective. The mission of TMLO business is to offer our guests exclusive amazing experiences to best valorize the time they spend in our villages and their shopping. Thanks to the collaboration network we keep developing with all the best players of luxury hospitality in the world, our malls are a destination for millions of high-profile guests coming from overseas as well as from the local area. We work every day driven by a deep passion to offer to our tenants the most exclusive luxury environment and services to best valorize their off-price sales. 

    The Mall Luxury Outlets is looking for a Relational Marketing Account who will give essential support to the Relational Marketing & CRM function, delivering a relevant client experience to our most important guests and to the clients enrolling to The Mall Club Loyalty Program

    How you will contribute 

    • Greet customers and provide information about the loyalty program
    • Proactively propose membership to TMC
    • Work closely with The Mall Private Concierge to build customer loyalty and organize activities dedicated to VICs
    • Monitor and manage the materials produced for the TMC
    • Manage The Mall Mate services at The Mall Firenze
    • Support team’s needs and be a reliable asset for the development of the function and suggesting improvement actions
    • Liaise with The Mall partners in a professional and polite way, to ensure the best services to The Mall clients
    • Support any kind of Relational Marketing projects

    Who you are 

    • An organized, yet flexible multi-tasking person
    • A positive person with a proven Relational Marketing background preferably from within luxury fashion
    • A fluent Italian, English and Chinese communicator. Any additional languages are an advantage
    • Expert user of MS Office Suite
    • An experienced face-to-face customer service provider
    • Available to work on weekends
    • Available to occasionally travel for work
    • A team player with a desire to be part of a strong and considerate group with a common goal
