The aim of the new Group HR mission, which is aligned with the Kering vision, is to empower our employees to fulfil their potential and creativity by fostering their skills and performance in the most imaginative and sustainable manner. Three main trends will support the Kering effect on HR: global, digital and sustainability.
The idea behind the HR strategy is to enable our brands to flourish through accessing and sharing among other things, a talent pool, expertise, standards and best practices. It means that brands, while benefiting from the created synergies and following the guidance of the Group, will be able to exercise their autonomy: a concept that can be summed up with two words: ‘roots’ and ‘wings‘.
