The Host at Gucci is responsible for providing our clients with exceptional customer service by welcoming clients and serving as a “Gucci Ambassador”. Host ensures that clients get a wow luxury experience right from the beginning even before they have entered the store thus promoting the philosophy and values of the brand.
- Welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Responsible for handling the queue management system
- Engaging in non-selling conversations to make clients comfortable while they wait outside the store in queue
- Redirecting the clients to the right Client Advisor basis their requests and purpose of visit
- Creating a luxury experience for the clients right from the time they walk in to the store
- Attending to special clients and answer their inquiries
- Coordinating with the store team and providing seamless client assistance
- Relevant experience in luxury or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasing demeanor
- Excellent organizational, problem- solving and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- An eye to detail and ability to work under pressure
