SUMMARY

This is a newly created position which will partner closely with the Sub-region HRBPs to ensure delivery of data, systems, processes and reporting needed to achieve the people strategy while driving HR efficiency as we scale up our business.  The incumbent will need to be able to adapt between being strategic and operational; leading HRIS projects for the House and owning the budget and forecast process, alongside supporting on day to day basis with reward and HRIS escalations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Compensation & Benefits

  • To design and formulate regional C&B policies and guidelines which are aligned with House direction to achieve business performance
  • To provide C&B related advice and guidance to HRBPs and ensure consistency and best practice in the region
  • To review and design variable incentive schemes that reward retail employees’ performance and increase productivity so as to ensure its efficiency and effectiveness
  • To identify opportunities and elevate regional and local benefits offering
  • To support ad hoc regional projects where required

Budget and Forecast

  • To manage annual C&B processes such as budget and forecast, salary review, target bonus payout, and other C&B related activities
  • To consolidate sub-regions’ budget and forecast data and prepare regional analysis and reports
  • To monitor and control regional HR budget to ensure accuracy and identify risk areas where appropriate
  • To construct and manage monthly regional report for management review

HRIS

  • To define and continuously improve regional HR processes and work closely with the Kering Group to streamline HR activities
  • To manage and roll out global HRIS initiatives and projects in the region, and support HRBPs and business leaders with adoption
  • To conduct HRIS training and improvement workshops to HRBPs where required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience
  • Fluency in English and be a strong communicator to report to the top level within the business
  • Strong knowledge of HR controlling and compensation processes
  • Experience in project management skills in relation to HR cycle projects and managing and developing compensation and rewards programmes
  • Previous experience working with global HRIS including Workday is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, with an aptitude streamlining processes for greater efficiency, whilst looking to add value to the business
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the business
