The brand’s most recognizable signature is intrecciato, the handwoven leather introduced in 1975, which is still used in both iconic bags, such the Cabat tote and Veneta hobo, as well as in new styles. The house’s core philosophy embraces individuality as expressed in discreet luxury goods made without overt logos. We are currently seeking a Business Analyst who will report to the Retail Manager as part of our dynamic team in Taiwan. Your opportunity This position will manage the CRM within the Taiwan for Bottega Veneta Taiwan Branch How you will contribute • Sales analysis: Support data analysis for operation management and decision. Provide regular/irregular sales reports. • CRM analysis: Assist the business in customer portfolio management to drive growth and initiate business recommendations. • CRM event: Handle or execute retail CRM events/CRM event after-report • Others: Assist regional report/ Serve as local counter partner for world wide CRM project Who you are • Business sense: understand business and be able to make proposals or suggestions. • Data analysis: good at excel skills and number sensitivity. Knowing to use different data/or database to analyze business/CRM activities • English & Mandarin capability: Fluent in English & Madarin speaking, writing, reading, listening • Personality: proactive, problem-solving mindset, result-oriented, details Why work with us?
