We are currently seeking a Finance Analyst, reporting to the Financial Controller to join our dynamic team in Singapore.
How you will contribute:
Supporting SEAO region with focus on Thailand market and working closely with SSC on month end closing activities
Lead Budget planning Process, liaising with key stakeholders to incorporate in planning that support drive of operation
Perform month end closing activities and prepare monthly Management Report Package with focus on variance analysis (System involved: SAP transition, JDE, PBCS, Hyperion)
Perform Retail KPI analysis to provide insights for improvement and growth
Work closely with Inventory controller on marked down liability calculation and management
Perform Capital budgeting analysis on investments of store openings
FCF, CAPEX and Store network management
Validate sales related reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
Work with Shared Service Team on daily financial and operational matters
Liaise with auditors, tax agent, Corporate Secretary, banks and other external party to ensure all submissions/reporting are done timely and ensure compliance
Preparation of BOD materials on regular basis
Who you are:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy, ACCA/CPA qualification or its equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in MNC Retail/FMCG environment.
Prior experience in SAP, JD Edwards and HFM preferred
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Sound knowledge and experience in tax matters will have an added advantage
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, hands-on, independent and meticulous
Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
Candidates with strong accounting background looking to explore into more FPA related work are welcome.
