KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Boucheron Trade Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and execution of various events, promotions and in-store animations in line with company strategy, in order to reach company targets. Through execution, he/she will be responsible in providing exceptional brand experiences to existing and
potential customers.
A person at this position will report to Trade Marketing Manager in the Marketing & Communication Department of Boucheron Japan. He/She will work closely within team and Dept, across Retail, BTQ, and other Departments in Japan, and will also work closely with HQ team to secure the execution is in line with corporate strategy yet incorporating local adaptation upon specific needs.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work collaboratively across all team and stakeholders, take lead of development and implementation
of BTL Activity
- Preparation, operation, execution and effect measurement of events such as Brand experience event, High Jewelry Presentation, VIC event, In-store event and department store fair etc., together with Marketing and Sales team.
- Manage print collaterals, including production of direct mailing materials, proofreading and stock management
- Order placement and coordination with retail team for the catalogs and leaflets
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Being able to work with the spirits of “One Team”, the culture of Boucheron Japan
2. Minimum 3 years of marketing experience Industry knowledge and experience an advantage
3. Proficient business English for daily correspondences (email and calls) with HQ
4. Consumer centric mindset
5. Possess sense of creativity, strong attention to details
6. Flexible and open minded, team player
7. Ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external partners
8. Computer skills in MS office
