Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:
Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.
Job Family Description -E-Commerce:
Enhances e-commerce business growth through the brand website. Ensures world-class e-commerce operations. Improves the customer experience as well as the ratio of revenue to net sales in e-commerce channels. Oversees e-marketing and CRM campaigns.

Reporting To: General Merchandising Manager
Role Mission
To take in charge of all product categories for E-commerce channel, creating proper assortment and buying to maximize the sales as well as driving the category in close alignment with E-commerce department.
Key Accountabilities
- Drive digital & omnichannel merchandising initiatives to maximize sales opportunities with cross functional teams
- Be main point of communication bridging between Regional/Worldwide Merchandising and E-commerce departments for product-related actions/topics
- Manage sales and sell-through, and implement strategies and tactics to encourage sales
- Responsible for achieving sales and sell-through rate targets
- Manage buying and merchandising responsibilities for Leather Goods categories
- Take charge in various projects involving product management in E-commerce channel
- Ensure assortment differentiation across each digital point of sales by deep-diving into respective business & client specifics
- Fully understand target clientele and local luxury fashion and digital trends through regular market research and competitor analysis
Key Requirements
- 10 years or above of experience in fashion and digital merchandising
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Excellent MS-office, especially excel skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
