We are currently seeking an Indirect Procurement Assistant to join our Hong Kong office.

Your opportunity

  • To work in a multinational luxury retail group, the candidate will gain exposure from various projects in different countries across APAC.

How you will contribute

  • Support and executive less-complex agreements and renewals, including interactions with the vendors, legal and business units across brands

  • Work collaboratively and support the team to negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the procurement strategy

  • Perform Supplier due diligence checking, contracts and relevant documentations management

  • Ensure adherence to the purchasing policy and thresholds set by the Group

  • Perform detailed analysis of spend and other data to identify savings, and explore efficiency opportunities

  • Assist on the development of dashboards, reports, and key conclusions from the analysis; Support the development of communications for internal and external audiences

  • Build and maintain regular project performance report (quantitative and qualitative outcomes)

  • Provide administrative support on procurement tools

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain / Procurement, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in procurement functions, preferably from MNCs

  • Fundamental understanding of end-to-end procurement processes

  • Advanced software skills (Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, and others for preparing communication materials)

  • Strong ability to gather, analyze, and report on internal data sources

  • Creative thinking and problem solving will also assist in success within the position

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, a third language in French is a plus
