Receive and check invoices and documents for payments. Ensure that the documentation accomplishes the fiscal country and company requirements. Process invoices in OCR (Optical Character Recognition) system.
PROFILE:
OCR (Optical Character Recognition) systems knowledge (Esker, Concur is a plus)
General Accounting knowledge

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB
-Process invoices for payment using OCR system following the brands and countries requirements.(Mexico, USA, UK, Canada and Spain)
-Process invoices on the scheduled time.
-Check meticulously that the document data comply with fiscal country requirements (company name, tax ID, etc) and promptly notify to the assigned contact in case of changes or corrections.
-Ensure the quality in the data capture, forward looking to reduce the error rate below 1%.
-Give support, follow and attend the assigned country financial department requirements, doubts and needs.
