KERING Security Manager

The main responsibility of the Security Manager is to guarantee the safety of all staff in both stores and corporate offices as well as to assist them with any security related matter. Requires experience on local safety, health and environmental issues as well as open-minded communication capability in Spanish and English. Be responsible for setting up & handling daily administrations and activities of the Security function in the LATAM regional offices and retail stores.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Is responsible for the coordination and supervision of security services for each location.
• Works in a close collaboration with our commercial partners (PDH) and each locations management team in order to guarantee compliance of local and global policies and procedures in matters of safety by training and proper follow up.
• Responsible for the correct documentation and execution of the Civil Protection and Safety and Hygiene plans for the company, as well as constant training and updating of the workforce.
• Responsible for evaluating Suppliers for: Security, alarms and video surveillance as well as to propose changes in order to ensure continuous improvement.
• Responsible for the constant monitoring of security systems in order to prevent loss, coordinates with management in order to ensure the correct protection of the merchandise in the POS.
• Stays in close contact with all the locations by performing continuous visits and checks in order to ensure Compliance to local and GBL Security and loss prevention standards.
• Keeps management informed of any emerging situations as well as any possible improvements to be made. Has the ability to asses risk situations on the spot and respond in order to assure the safety of all the personnel.
• Supports the commercial teams of the brands on Theft cases and provides legal follow up when required.
