ALEXANDER MCQUEEN Omni-Channel Service Manager

Alexander McQueen is hiring an Omni-Channel Service Manager to join the WW Retail team and report to the Head of Retail Performance . The successful candidate will lead the execution of all Omni-channel projects at retail level for the House. How you will contribute: Omni-Channel: • Ensure a high level of Omni-services implementation through the entire retail network • Support and contribute to the development of project deliverables (process documentation, requirements, user feedback) as the Retail subject expert, from project concept to development and in-store implementation • Develop project plans and lead on the deployment planning and coordination across the regions • Provide constant training (directly to the stores and peer-to-peer at regional level) to ensure all functions are understood and used properly at a store level • Responsible for monitoring and reporting project success criteria, incorporating store feedback – producing dashboards and metrics as appropriate • Liaise with cross-functional team including E-Commerce, MIS and Store Operations to ensure the Omni-channel tools are developed and deployed successfully to stores in a retail ready format; • Effective project management, and point of escalation for designated projects Client Services: • Manage the client service center as an additional store of our retail network through monthly performance analysis and regular training Your skills and experience: • Extensive experience / knowledge of e-Commerce operations specifically on Omni-Channel projects, with a strong knowledge of Retail operations • Understanding of the retail and online landscape; together with consumer trends • Resourceful and able to work on deliverables autonomously • Effective influencing and interpersonal skills with proven experience partnering with cross-functional teams and presenting to senior management • Proven experience leading Omni-channel projects within a luxury retail environment • Knowledge and practical expertise in driving best practice after-sales services • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable analysing large volumes of data to demonstrate return on investment This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team with a visionary brand that offers possibilities to learn and grow.
