We are currently seeking a VIP Assistant who will report to the VIP Manager as part of our dynamic London team.
Reporting to the VIP Manager, the VIP Assistant will be a highly organized and motivated individual looking to develop a career in Public Relations within a leading luxury fashion house.
How you will contribute
Working across departments to manage sample needs for VIP purposes
Supporting communications with AMQ offices worldwide about all VIP and Key Opinion Leaders related requests and activities
Supporting the research and call-in of samples and store stock for VIP fittings, by working closely with WW stores, retail, and archive teams.
Working closely with couriers to ensure arrival of samples on time to fittings, coordinating with stylists and ensuring that all samples are returned safely.
Handling domestic and international shipping accounts and local couriers for all VIP send-outs.
Supporting the process of VIP special projects by liaising with the studio and stylists.
Coordinating Leather Goods gifting program worldwide and all VIP gifting activities during the year, including order placement, gift send-out, gathering imagery assets from all regions etc...
Keeping track of VIP samples and placing accessory orders the start of each season
Monitoring VIP placements and seeding, responsible for researching and organising the archive of celebrity images
Responsible for creating and updating a calendar of VIP related events worldwide, as well as a VIP dressing board
Your Skills and Experience
Previous work experience in a PR/VIP department or handling collections
Proactive with attention to detail
Excellent communications skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Strong organisation skills
A strong team player and a can-do attitude
