BAL RTW Production Planning Specialist

You will support the Balenciaga RTW Production Team, ensuring the achievement of the seasonal production targets by actively participating in the production process from the very beginning until the delivery of the finished product to the warehouse. You will interface with other departments as external laboratories, raw material buying office, pattern making, quality technicians, product development and warehouses to provide services of the highest quality.
How you will contribute
Receive technical data and input assignments into the information system
Draw up the production documentation necessary for the laboratories and internal and external technicians
Collaborate with the purchasing raw materials, pattern making and textile quality control departments in order to support and better coordinate the production launch activities
Carry out the production launch activities
Update laboratories on launch forecasts
Manage transport data needed by laboratories to better coordinate outgoing goods from the warehouse
Monitor production progress and raw material receipt by suppliers
Ensure procedure compliance
Who you are
An individual with at least 3 years’ experience in the luxury goods production process
Knowledgeable on a technical level about products in the RTW sector
Organized and able to plan efficiently
An excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills
Flexible, adaptable and proactive
A skilled problem solver
A strong team player
Proficient in MS Office
Willing to travel very frequently
Fluent in Italian, English and French, both written and spoken
