How you will contribute:
Be the brand ambassador and expert while ensuring brand integrity in all respects.
Responsible for increasing sales, reaching the HQ targets and goals set for your area by building an effective commercial role for a luxury brand.
Reporting management; compiling and analyzing sales figures.
Maintain and expand your customer base; develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data.
Build and maintain trusting, collaborative relationships with our partners by providing the best-in-class support to our wholesales partners in line with our Ulysse Nardin tone of voice.
Definition, implementation and successful execution of Marketing and Trade strategies in line with HQ’s guidelines.
Ensure that all merchandising on POS adhere to common Ulysse Nardin identity elements for worldwide consistencies and ensure dynamic retail and products environment, coherence of collections presented in the windows, etc.
Propose trade marketing and incentive actions to stimulate the sales and to motivate the staff. Propose opportunities that can highlight the brand in terms of image and dynamism.
Planning, organizing and follow up of Marketing initiatives, programs, events, PR communications and report to HQ’s Marketing Teams.
Manage the training strategy; organize, execute, and support - in accordance with company guidelines - tailored training programmes in your area.
Utilize category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Forecast, prepare and update budget for your zone according to HQ’s guidelines.
Manage timelines, budgets and communication processes and deadlines.
Overall monitoring and troubleshooting of SAV, logistic and all back office dept.
Frequently travel.
Who your are:
University Graduate or equivalent
3 to 5 years’ experience in the international marketplace and/or experience developing a sales strategy for a luxury brand
Strong experience in luxury environment and some retail experience
Ability to deal with complex technical know-how
Fluency in English, French and German
Must be a self-starter and proactive
Ability to self-motivate and multi-task
Flexibility: the ability to work well within a team environment while also independently leading training groups
Outstanding written, verbal communication skills with a flair for training and strong analytical skills
Dynamic team player, enthusiastic and reliable
