We are currently seeking a Business & Operations Support Analyst who will report to the Head of Finance & Operations based in Fulham, London.
Develop and maintain standardised commercial reporting and provide analysis of the data, which both informs and drives decision-making. Responsible for support in product forecasting, pricing and working with operations re: inventory flow.
How you will contribute
Developing and completing monthly/weekly/daily commercial reports
Providing analysis of sell in and sell out data (Sales related)
Updating internal pricing systems and providing pricing information for the commercial teams
Support the Managing Director & Head of Finance & Operations with budget planning / presentations
Daily use of M3 ( Company ERP) planning software
Providing ad hoc analysis upon request
Managing and developing the current product forecasting tools
Placing product orders with HQ based on forecast and ad hoc needs
Understand the business process management of the company
Who you are
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (*Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good open communication skills comfortable at all levels
Ability to build trusted and respected stakeholder relationships, mainly internally and escalate where necessary
Strong commercial and analytical approach with the ability to balance this with a pragmatic style, to engage with all
Solutions focused mind-set, and able to identify continuous areas for improvement and can implement change efficiently and effectively
Ability to build trusted and respected stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally and can manage these constructively
Should be keen to make a positive contribution to the brand and should have a positive and optimistic personality and take his/ her own initiatives
Maintaining sight of the ‘bigger picture’ while working with a considerable amount of detailed data
Ability to meet all requested deadlines
