GUCCI Operations Specialist Central Europe (m/f/d)

The Operations Specialist is a hands-on key role in charge of ensuring efficiency and maximizing results for the Regional Retail Business. The Specialist will report to Regional Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Retail Management in store activities, projects, BOH layout and optimization
• Support the Channel with data and dedicated reports with the company BI
• Ensure constant and effective presence in the stores of the Region and ensure organizational guidelines, procedures and standards are respected
• Support the Non-merchandising Flows (Uniforms & Packaging)
• Be the main point of contact and immediate support with Regional Outlet Channel
• Support Openings/Refurbishments/Relocations

Professional and personal requirements:

• Background experience in Retail/Operations (Back of House preferred but also in Sales can be evaluated)
• Highly committed to Gucci brand and strong passion for luxury business
• Significant experience in managing both logistics-related and administrative task
• Flexibility in travelling (at least 60/70% of the time)
• Computer skills: Good knowledge of MS EXCEL – knowledge of AS400 or SAP appreciated
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Ability to prioritize task execution based on business need
• Self-motivated, action-oriented, multi-tasking individual with a great sense of urgency and follow-through
• Fluency in English – German and Italian would be a plus
