Your opportunity
You will be supporting the Technical Facility Supervisor of Kering Italy developing Facilities’ improvements in Florence.
How you will contribute
Elaborate monthly reports to monitor the maintenance provided to Kering Italy Florence Office
Work with General Services, Security and H&S teams to manage ordinary and extraordinary activities
Coordinate supplier providers
Ensure that structures (both buildings and plants) are fully operative
Arrange an integrated maintenance plan, organize periodic site inspections to evaluate the contractors' activity to ensure service levels
Manage facility budget (opex and capex) in collaboration with the team
Coordinate ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities
Cooperate with Kering corporate functions to verify the regulatory site compliance and implement any corrective measures required (about energy management, sustainability, H&S, security, construction)
Who you are
You have at least 4 years’ experience in a similar role
You have a technical degree
You are a proficient user of MS Office suite (Excel mandatory); you have full command of Autocad and of the most common management tools
You have good knowledge of building and plant engineering
You have maximum attention to details and internal customer service
You are able to work in complex and structured environments
You are organized, proactive and priority oriented; you have cost control and problem solving skills
You have excellent interpersonal communication skills to deal with internal users, contractors and other team functions
You have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
