How you will contribute
eCommerce performance analysis and dashboarding
Manage external and internal partners supporting data insight to shape dashboarding and request specific adhoc analysis: Content Square / PI datametrics / Forward PMX / Data insight team adhoc analysis
Analytics/Ecom BI performance dashboarding: Drive request to BI/Analytics team: data ingestion, advanced performance dashboarding / Create dashboards on Google Analytics/Data studio and Tableau
Participate to the restitution of performance KPIs to brands and main stakeholders: SEO / Webperformance / Omnichannel inventory and assortment / Omnichannel services contribution / CRO in close collaboration with data insight team
Support eCommerce strategy & roadmap
Feed project teams of insight to drive roadmap priorities / Define needs in terms or expertise/consultancy to support project team
Drive rationale of ecommerce strategy through value added analysis
Drive post launch analysis framework and feedback communications
Who you are
Minimum 5 years experience on data analyst or web analyst positions
A strong understanding of retail and omnichannel is a real advantage
Proficiencies: Google Analytics / Big Query / Data studio / Tableau or any other data visualization solution / Excel / Strong capabilities of analysis and adaptability
Functional and Direct report to the eCommerce & Omnichannel services head of projects.
Strong collaboration with all eCommerce Corporate and brand stakeholders:
Brand eCommerce and Brand stakeholders: overall eCommerce & Omnichannel performance reporting
Data (including BI), analytics (in charge or Conversion Rate Optimization) and CRM team: rely on inhouse expertise on specific topics
Main stakeholders within eCommerce & Omnichannel team: international eCommerce team, product team and destocking team.
