We are currently seeking an In Store Development Manager who will report to the Global Head of Go-to-Market & Trade Marketing Implementation in Milan.

How you will contribute

  • Plan the roll-out of the permanent in-store investments in main Markets (Number of projects, locations, formats)
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to secure smooth and effective installations
  • Set guidance in terms of Brands Selections, Merchandising & Display and Trade Marketing Activities
  • Work with different Functions to drive consistency at global level of all the cross-brand activities in the flagship stores
  • Define a global and local calendar of in-store activities to animate the key POS and work closely with Marketing and Communication to provide dedicate contents
  • Guarantee perfect execution of all the activities led, in perfect alignment with Company’s and Brands’ standards
  • Set objectives and KPIs tailored to the scope of every project and follow up with analyses and actions to catch opportunities
  • Monitor the sell-in and sell-out of main clients to deliver Business insights
  • Drive and monitor the permanent investment cross-market and follow up to make sure that the objectives are achieved
  • Share and re-apply the Best Practices throughout the organization to capitalize on the expertise developed in the pioneering projects
  • Work closely with Innovation and Retail & Corporate Design team to set “the innovation path” and maintain the Company Assets up to speed with the most innovative techniques and solutions

Who you are

  • Degree in Economics with at least an international experience (work or study)
  • Marketing major would be a plus
  • 5 years of experience in Retail & Project Management
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude towards Teamwork
  • Strong skills in coordinating multi-functional teams and external partners
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English
