We are looking for a highly motivated IT Analyst CRM & Digital that will join the IT Digital & Innovation team and will support the IT Project Manager to deal projects related to CRM, B2B Portal and other ventures in digital areas.
Analyze, understand and prioritize detailed business requirements;
Support the IT Project Manager in all the planning phases and the activities of the project (eg documentation, activity coordination, analysis, etc.).
Ensure project activities definition and completion, respecting constraints and deadlines;
Support the System Test and User Acceptance (UAT);
Creating internal documentation to users;
Report to IT Project Manager for internal follow up of the project;
Act as first point of contact for internal users;
Coordinate system integrators team in project managing.
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science / Engineering / Economics / Management
At least 1 or 2 years of experience gained in a consultancy firm or in a structured company in working on CRM projects and e-commerce (preferred solution SAP Hybris)
MS-Office application knowledge (Excel)
Advanced level of English (Spoken and Written)
