How you will contribute
Collaborating in identifying Supply Chain innovation/transformation opportunities according with Global Supply Chain strategy
Contributing to the pre-analysis phases of the project by developing the related objectives
Being responsible for driving Supply Chain projects by working with cross functional teams (Industrialization, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Purchasing, Logistic, Quality Control, Master Data, Customer Service depts) identifying the work plan, the objectives and mobilizing the appropriate stakeholders
Establishing and maintaining proactive relationships with third parties/vendors
Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in: scope, schedule, costs and performances measurement of the project
Reporting and escalating to management if needed
Performing risk management to minimize project risks
Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
Who you are
Educational background, preferably in the fields of engineering/economic management
Experience of 3-5 years in the role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English written/spoken
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Team working capabilities
AFS/FMS SAP knowledge is a plus
