We are currently seeking a Frontend & Customer Experience Project Manager to join the eCommerce & Omnichannel team.  

Your opportunity

The Frontend and Customer Experience Project Manager will be part of the eCommerce & omnichannel team who is in charge of global development of the eCommerce platform for Alexander McQueen, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga and Bottega Veneta. He/She will be the main point of contact of run teams and brands to build up business processes and support all stakeholders in using the platform.

How you will contribute

Contribute to Build activities:

Conception of solutions, collection of business requirements and design of processes related to the frontend and customer integration

Animation of business stakeholders (priorization, drive of MVP, core alignment, arbitration)

Participation to testing and training

Change management and adoption plan  

Transversal activities:

Squad lead on transversal features

Responsible of end-to-end design

Regular communication to internal and external stakeholders and planning

Contribution to Run activities:

Act as an expert support to run teams and help to manage complex issues by bringing a functional expertise

Act as an ecommerce email product owner

Act as a legal representative on ecommerce topics

Who you are

7+ years of seniority

Previous experience as a project manager/ product owner in ecommerce

Knowledge of SalesForce Commerce Cloud and CRM topics is a plus

Structured, organized and rigorous

Proactive and team player with a positive mindset

Strong operational & adaptive capacities

Problem solving and analytical mindset

Excellent written and spoken English skills

Previous experience in luxury is a plus
