Your opportunity
You will play a key role in the transformation of technology use within the Kering Group. By keeping one step ahead of the technology curve, you’ll identify change needs and share best practice to streamline business processes. Your expertise will support the adaptation of a more agile, responsive and innovative Group culture.
How you will contribute
- Identify business needs, problems and opportunities and design systems functionalities, in partnership with the business process owners
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key business and IT stakeholders
- Translate and formalize gathered needs into requirements for new features and enhancements and to design, estimate, schedule and realize coordinating the development team, according to an agile methodology and approach
- Work with programmers to assure compliance to program specifications and SW quality
- Create functional specifications for data conversion and migration and interfaces
- Prepare and execute test plans/scenarios for new functionality
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure system governance is maintained
- Develop training material for end-users
Who you are
- A highly-organized, pro-active, critical-thinking and open-minded IT technical analyst with at least five years practical experience in luxury retail and a degree in Engineering. A degree in Information science or Computer engineering is a plus
- A skilled analyst with a flair for logistics and supply-chain business processes with proven experience in B2B order taking and buying processes
- Able to interact with the development team and discuss design of data on a relational platform; knowledgeable about programming languages such as Javascript, .NET, SQL as a plus
- Familiar with project management and evolution maintenance methodologies (Agile)
- A good communicator. You partner effectively with various stakeholders and business units to ensure projects are within scope and risks are eliminated. High project planning & reporting capabilities are a must to have
- An engaging presenter who can lead meetings and deliver compelling user training with confidence
- A master of the Office toolkit
- Italian speaker with excellent English oral and written skills; French as a plus
