Your Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an experienced, skilled an multilingual Customer Service Advisor who will join Pomellato to support the Customer Service function for the Italian market.
How you will contribute:
You will report to the Customer Service Manager and will be involved in the following activities:
- to maintain the relationship with your dedicated stakeholders, clients and concessions
- to liaise with national and international partners in their local language
- to monitor sales data
- to support after sales processes
- to support the Area Managers and the dealers on specific needs regarding operational issues
Who you are:
- Fluent in Italian and English. French and German will be considered a plus
- Bachelor Degree
- Positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office
