Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a proactive and collaborative Project Management Intern
He/he will support the High Jewellery collection with a focus on logistics and IT, but also in collaboration with other departments, such as the product marketing and sustainability teams.
Our High Jewellery line has been launched couple years ago. The goal is to strengthen all processes involved in the development of this collection, as well as achieving full alignment with the growth of the brand.
How you will contribute
Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer, you will be responsible for the following activities:
Elaborating High Jewellery processes and identifying risks, actions, dependencies and cooperating with the other internal teams,
Liaising with a variety of stakeholders, you will highlight and help resolve any possible issues that might come up during the development of projects
Following up in a proactive way each issue, closing them in a timely manner.
Ensuring smooth communication and constant alignment with the other departments involved,
Timelines creation and keeping track of schedules.
Who you are
Degree in Business, Industrial or Management Engineering or similar preferred,
Fluent in Italian and English, French will be a plus,
Excellent computer skills, proficiency in MS Office,
Knowledge of Asana would be a plus,
Process-oriented and problem-solving attitude,
Proactive and collaborative approach,
Strong organizational and time management skills.
