ABOUT SAINT LAURENT Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio- cultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe. Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear.

ROLE

You will plan, coordinate and facilitate the success of Talent, Development and Engagement programs and projects in accordance with SL HQ culture. Moreover you will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the Corporate Offices within Leather Goods Operations.

MISSION

  • Develop and implement the Talent Acquisition practices and tools in order to meet the challenging business expectations, integrating Diversity and Inclusion approach, and ensuring a perfect hiring experience
  • Ensure skills development training programs and succession plans in line with the current and future business evolution and implement ad hoc projects to support the organization goals
  • Implement a holistic communication strategy to drive the employee experience whilst increasing performance and engagement to develop a positive workplace culture
  • Manage all employee-related issues including full spectrum of human resources processes and activities and working closely with Kering HR Shared Services to ensure an accurate payroll operations
  • Develop strong and trusted partnerships with internal business client providing challenge, coaching and advice on people related matters and strategies, supporting organizational design in line with overall business needs

PROFILE

  • Significant experience in a People/Culture role, focused on employee engagement and internal communication, for international companies
  • Significant experience in Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition 
  • Experience in change management and project management
  • Problem solving oriented, results driven, ability to see short term and long term effects of actions
  • Strong motivation to manage HR Generalist issues
  • Excellent in communication skills inspiring and engaging, leadership and company culture
  • Bachelor Degree in a related discipline
  • High proficiency in English and with computer skills
  • Digital fluency
