Alexander McQueen is looking for a Marketing/CRM Specialist to join the Communications Team. In this role you will help drive client acquisition and retention by supporting the execution of the US marketing, CRM and communications strategy.  

How you will contribute:

CRM

  • Analyze monthly CRM reports and deliver key insights to store managers and the leadership team
  • Create local ad-hoc analyses to answer key business questions 
  • Leverage CRM insights for local action planning
  • Track event and CRM campaign ROI to evaluate effectiveness and next steps
  • Partner with store teams to build targeted client lists for high-touch events
  • Pull client lists/campaigns for local US initiatives
  • Become an expert in the Kering clienteling application, LUCE, and manage monthly reporting
  • Provide ad hoc LUCE training materials to local retail stores
  • Manage LUCE support requests, merges and SA reassignments
  • Work closely with local retail stores to develop ongoing strategy for client gifting and entertainment
  • Identify relationship development opportunities/strategies and help manage the implementation

Events

  • Build event proposals for all local US events
  • Maintain master calendar of events across retail and wholesale
  • Aid in the organization and execution of the local event strategy 
  • Research potential event partners, venues and vendors
  • Partner with VM and PR to secure samples to support local events and activations
  • Compile event recaps and distribute to key business partners in the US and at HQ

Marketing

  • Manage the mall marketing/advertising strategy with local partners
  • Ensure all Lease Required Advertising obligations are fulfilled and help manage annual local marketing budget and calendar
  • Help manage the co-op marketing program by supporting with asset requests, asset delivery, timelines and tracking 

Project Management

  • Manage the daily maintenance of the communications budgets and partner closely with Finance to ensure the budget is balanced 
  • Manage project timelines, provide status updates and coordinate responsibilities with cross-functional partners for all marketing and event activations across retail and wholesale
  • Develop strong relationships with cross functional partners in the US and the Communications team at HQ
