We are currently seeking a Vice President of Client Engagement & Digital Business who will report to the Americas CEO as part of our dynamic team in New York.
The role of the Vice President of Client Engagement & Digital Business is to further our mission of accelerating our digital footprint, omnichannel development and cultivating client relationships and elevating our client’s experience across all client interactions. Areas of responsibility include the eCommerce/Digital Channel (Including performance marketing) and Client Engagement with a regional field scope. This pivotal role will ensure the day-to-day run of our operations functions in order to provide clients with an experience that is consistent with the brands exceptional standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the WW teams from Bottega Veneta and Kering stakeholders and have a strategic vision of where we are today and for future business.
How you will contribute:
Lead, mentor and build Digital Business team; manage the digital P&L
Maximize growth through the digital channel through oversight and development of market specific approach
Develop omnichannel experience and services to their full potential
Drive the successful e-commerce & omni-channel business to ensure a consistent client experience and thus further driving our presence within the luxury market.
Oversee the development and optimization of the digital retail/ merchandising, digital marketing and analytics and digital operations functions;
Lead and drive cross-functional collaboration between digital performance, retail experience and Client Engagement;
Drive customer experience through the numerous client-connecting mediums including the client service team and ensure an optimal level of service from our Kering Services CRC hub.
Collaborate with worldwide partners and business leaders to ensure consistent digital brand presentation across our retailer partners, inclusive of concession and online wholesale, in order to expand current guidelines;
Ensure cultivation of client relationships and elevating client experience across all channels through strong clienteling appointment culture;
Partner with the VP, Client Engagement to oversee and direct the Client Development, Client Relations, Client Insights and Campaign functions;
Evolve, refine and provide enhanced direct support to all client facing teams to develop and strengthen the business through the client lens;
Focus on strong elevation of top client engagement and experiences;
Establish a seamless Client Engagement collaboration and support with Retail management within respective regions;
Support Client Engagement field organization in delivering client results within their region or channel;
Collaborate with global Digital and CRM teams to enhance the Consumer Journey, to fully include E-Commerce and be a strong partner to the WW Marketing team – with fundamental understanding of digital marketing is an added value;
Who you are:
Minimum of 10 years in an Omnichannel business within the luxury industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Experience collaborating effectively across company functions.
Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
Exceedingly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
BS/BA degree preferred
