HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Pick spare parts for repairs and shipments on daily basis
• Communicate with internal brand clients on possible issues and alternative solution to use
• Identify and implement improvements to apply on spare parts warehouse management
• Monitor and supervise spare parts sourcing and availability
• Provide feedbacks to all brand HQs for stock strategy definition
• Perform spare parts inventory warehouse counting

WHO YOU ARE

• Work experience in After Sales Services, Repair Center and Supply chain
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience, preferably in fashion
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
• Problem solving skills
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Russian or Mandarin / Cantonese / Simplified Chinese)
