We are currently seeking a Director of E-commerce Operations who will report to the Kering Americas Head of Logistics & Customer Services. You will be part of the Group Operations worldwide department based at Kering’s Distribution Center in Wayne, New Jersey.

Your Opportunity

With a full understanding of B2C flows, the candidate will be the point of contact between internal stakeholders (i.e. brands) and operations (3PLs and delivery partners), effectively translating business requirements into process improvements and implementations.

How you will contribute


    • Manage the full implementation of B2C services in line with brands business targets

    • Coordinate the operations of the 3PL and Delivery Partners in terms of definition of targets, priorities and requirements.

    • Manage ad-hoc initiatives and exceptions


    • Maintain and develop the necessary KPI and SLA to ensure full control over B2C operations

    • Monitor the 3PL performance indicators and push to meet business targets

    • Monitor the performance of express couriers and communicate important operational requirements


    • Support in the definition and implementation of projects and initiatives driven both by HQ and the Region to ensure constant alignment of B2C flows with business needs

    • Collect operational requirements to be shared with Technology department to support the identification and implementation of IT tools and systems

    • Coordinate communication and actions with Technology department to ensure respect of project milestones


    • Organize regular alignment meetings with internal stakeholders to share performance achievements and identify business priorities and requirements to be implemented

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Technology or related field

  • 5-7 years of professional E-commerce logistics development in the field of fashion (preferably luxury)

  • Knowledgeable about the best E-commerce logistics practices & market trends

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Capable of working under pressure and prioritizing multiple tasks and inputs from stakeholders

  • Adept in Ms Office (especially Excel)

  • Proactive approach to finding innovative solutions

  • An individual with excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

  • Background in operations and transportation would represent a significant plus

  • Ability to travel if required
