The Regional Senior HRIS Analyst for the Americas will work on the development, implementation, and maintenance of all HRIS systems in the Americas region.  They will also be knowledgeable about the integrations between the HRIS systems and all other applications and work with Kering Technologies (IT) on these integrations.  The HRIS systems currently include Workday, Ceridian Dayforce, Service Now, Win SCP SFTP, IBM Planning Analytics.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • Provide expertise and support on Workday and Dayforce process definition, documentation, and integration
  • Dayforce management and configuration of Time & Attendance, Benefits and Payroll modules
  • Project Management for Dayforce configuration projects
  • Dayforce release testing, configuration, and communication
  • Workday enhancements: requirements gathering, local impact assessment, testing, data related activities if needed, communication
  • Answer Tier 2 & 3 Service Now tickets for HRIS AMER assignment group
  • Workday defects: first analysis before assigning to Global HRIS if config must be changed
  • Mass assignment management: assist HR in filling in EIBs, check data prior to upload, test integration data
  • Workday bi-annual release (impact assessment, testing coordination)
  • Integration monitoring with KerTech
  • HR tools access issues (Active Directory)
  • Reporting requests – creation of new reports in Dayforce; assisting HR with running reports in Workday
  • EEO-1 annual reports

WHO YOU ARE

  • 7+ years’ HRIS experience in Workday, Dayforce or similar Time & Attendance and/or Payroll system
  • Very proficient excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen business sense
  • Must possess a high degree of personal integrity, strong work ethic, and be proficient in delivering sustained results
