HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Provide expertise and support on Workday and Dayforce process definition, documentation, and integration
- Dayforce management and configuration of Time & Attendance, Benefits and Payroll modules
- Project Management for Dayforce configuration projects
- Dayforce release testing, configuration, and communication
- Workday enhancements: requirements gathering, local impact assessment, testing, data related activities if needed, communication
- Answer Tier 2 & 3 Service Now tickets for HRIS AMER assignment group
- Workday defects: first analysis before assigning to Global HRIS if config must be changed
- Mass assignment management: assist HR in filling in EIBs, check data prior to upload, test integration data
- Workday bi-annual release (impact assessment, testing coordination)
- Integration monitoring with KerTech
- HR tools access issues (Active Directory)
- Reporting requests – creation of new reports in Dayforce; assisting HR with running reports in Workday
- EEO-1 annual reports
WHO YOU ARE
- 7+ years’ HRIS experience in Workday, Dayforce or similar Time & Attendance and/or Payroll system
- Very proficient excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen business sense
- Must possess a high degree of personal integrity, strong work ethic, and be proficient in delivering sustained results
