Our Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Wholesale Sales Administrator, based in our corporate office, day-to-day sales outreach and wholesale account management within the Pomellato and Dodo wholesale divisions

How you will contribute:

Implement sales strategies confirmed by the VP of Wholesale;

Liaise with Operations department to coordinate order fulfillment;

Liaison between Regional Sales Managers and Wholesale Clients and internal Operations department;

Manage Weekly Shipping Plan

Manage day to day relationships with accounts; provide customer service to wholesale Pomellato and Dodo accounts on a daily basis;

Serve as point person for Department Stores

Creates the weekly, monthly and end of season sales analysis;

Coordinate customer “viewing activity” with wholesale clients and follow-up;

Communicate with Accounts Receivable / Credit Collection Manager for payment terms and current account status;

Assist Regional Sales Managers in providing wholesale clients with materials, including new or update pricing list and collection books;

Partner with Regional Sales Manager and VP, Wholesale in product presentations and trainings;

Act as client service back up in the absence of Regional Sales Managers;

Work on special projects as needed i.e. Business presentations, trade shows & canvas

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Who you are:

2+ years of previous experience in a sales-driven environment

Keen awareness of the customer and brand profile of the business

Team-oriented worker with excellent interpersonal skills for interacting and networking with customers and distributors

Well-developed communication and presentation skills

Oral and written communication skills

Ability to work well with little guidance and in tight time frames

Multi-Task and organization skills

Positive and energetic; Team player attitude

Computer literacy, Strong excel and analytical skills needed

Ability to travel

Prior merchandising and/or sales account experience helpful.

Foreign language, a plus
