Stock Controller/Administrator

Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel: Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description -Retail Operations: Supports the sales process – puts displays in place, keeps stock level inventory, payment transactions, fitting or garment alterations. Sub-Job Family Description - Stockroom: Supervises the warehouse supplying products to the sales floor or other stores. Monitors stock and inventory levels. Oversees logistics of shipping between the local warehouse and regional warehouses.

A PROCESS SUPPORTER
 

  • Support the Management in all the store processes compliance and follow-up
  • Receive, check, label and store all merchandise being received
  • Organize and tidy up stock areas
  • Check in and handle transfers
  • Handle all administrative procedures related to the merchandise flow
  • Prepare and pack all ready-to-be-shipped products and stationery’s orders, as well as handle all administrative parts
  • Prepare and ship all returned merchandise to the outlets and warehouse
  • Adhere to all Company Policies and follow all Company Operational Procedures
  • Support all omnichannel processes
  • Any other reasonable ad-hoc duties including; reporting, best sellers, slow movers and duty free administration

BACK OF HOUSE  

  • Work with management team to understand sales trends and arrange back of house stock is easily accessible
  • Ensure product labels are constantly maintained to reflect accurate stock positioning, including but not limited to sizing segregation, style segregation, department and functionality
  • Ensure that pathways and stock accessibility is clear from rubbish, left over stock, cartons
  • Assist to complete the sku capacity report seasonally or as directed by your line manager, in order to maximise efficient use of available space

Back of House Maintenance

  • Ensure BOH is organised in a timely manner; SKU, Size, Gender, Season, Style etc to enhance sales productivity
  • Neatness and tidying of all back of house areas including merchandise and non-merchandise (VM tools, packaging, stationary, hospitality orders, uniform, duty free paid transactions etc)
  • Stock integrity; Support on control measures including regular cycle counts

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2 years relevant experience in luxury retail industry
  • Adaptable, responsible and self-motivated team player
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Product and fashion sensitivity would be an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Good PC skills such as MS Office and other digital tools
