Regional scope: Northern and Eastern Europe
Reporting & Sale analysis
- Commercial Targets & Budget reporting: Support in preparing reports per boutique & commercial targets in line with N+1
- Provide Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly sales analysis to Brand director
- Prepare all reports and analysis according to business reviews which involves creating regional templates to be used for Retail, External Boutiques and WHS accounts
- Monitoring and reporting on store KPI and on individual sales performance
- Monitoring and manage all reports sent from boutiques
- Support in preparation of launches to ensure all required details updated in the order book and to inform the sales team where further information required
- Consolidation of: weekly landing, sell in/out, budget and qualitative data for the region (Retail and WHS)
Direct Operations
- Rise implementation: coordinate, facilitate and accompany the implementation of Rise in the retail network and in the wholesale external boutique
- Mystery Shopping & Customer Service: in coordination with retail excellence coach,Support store team in all service’s related to enhance client’s experience by helping to develop and implement a customer service policy in all internal & external network
- Inventory and Stock Management: take adequate steps to prevent loss of inventory and stock.
- High Jewelry :
- HJ support: Be the liaison between Merchandising, Mkt and operational teams in terms of process regarding follow-up, delivery from DCV to clients and in collaboration with area managers for wholesale
- Business Bringers: facilitate the preparation of contracts, follow-up of paperworks for commission when eligible as well as the coordination of meeting preparation.
- Coordinate with Store Design Planning to facilitate possible store maintenance requests: internal & external boutiques
- Work on special projects as needed (for example wardrobe development)
Special order management
- Be the liaison between store and HQ mkt team to facilitate the special order process (WHS & Retail): preparing the file, accompany teams in developing the projects according the international guidelines
- Facilitate communications between mkt services with stores, HQ and Area managers
Market Meeting:
- Facilitate the presentation be the point of contact and coordinate all dpts to create the meetings either on Retail or wholesale meetings
- Assist with the preparation/coordination of annual momentums such as but not limited to Partners Days, PFW/Haute Couture week.
