MAIN PURPOSE
The purpose of the role is to plan, develop, and implement overall retail operational strategies in the CRM, VIC treatment, Retail coordination and Training to reach company targets for the retention growth and profitability, achieving business goals by building a customer-oriented company.
This position report to the Retail Director functionally and working with headquarter.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Retail Excellence
- Develop and implement the overall Retail Excellence initiative in Japan.
- Implement retail excellence standard in accordance with brand guidelines to ensure consistency with overall image and service quality.
- Analyze KPIs and implement necessary actions with the aim of elevating the Client Engagement and boost sales performance.
- Collaborate with local and HQ functions in special initiative for in-store activation.
2. CRM
- With supervising local CRM manager, coordinate with Retail and Marketing teams to boost our company’s market presence and increase customer engagement.
- To identify new opportunities and proactively address customer concerns.
- Implementation of the client telling applications and promoting related activities
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the ROI for client relationship programs and actions
- Supervise to identify strategies to retain and develop high potential customers
- Control budget and expenses with continually monitoring to make an effect
3. Training
- Supervise local Training team to promote retail training to boutique staff to ensure the RISE program is well- maintained within all stores.
- Plan and monitor training expenses according to budget.
4. Team management
- Lead 3 poles, 4staffs: CRM&VIC Manager, Training Manager, Field Trainer and Operation Coordinator.
- Cooperate with headquarter teams in order to have the retail activities validated.
- Support cross-functional teams throughout the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- Being able to work with the spirit of “One Team”, the culture of Boucheron Japan
- Strong strategic thinking ability
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with ability to work with people of different cultures
- In depth knowledge of latest industrial trend and market information with interest of brand strategy
- Proactive mindset with hands-on and open-minded attitude
- Ability to bring new ideas with creative mindset
- Experience in management and leadership skill
- Fluent Japanese and Business level English (French skill preferred)
- PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
