Your main missions would be the following:
1. Be the motor of the PCRM engine in APAC:
Be creative and actively share ideas / suggestions (tools or activations) to bring PCRM on step further in APAC Markets.
Be realistic and suggest initiatives / ideas that are adapted to the specificities of each Country in the region.
Be open-minded and open to collaborations and partnerships to bring PCRM one step further internally or externally.
2. Drive PCRM vision & actions:
Regional vision of Strategies per Market and consolidation. Ensure compliance with WWD strategy.
Management of PCRM Budgets across Markets and consolidation at regional level (ensure the strategies match with the budgets).
Animate Monthly PCRM meetings and coordinate subjects with international teams.
Drive cultural change towards a PCRM approach across all departments of the Region (Com° team, local IT teams, Media teams, etc.)
Ensure PCRM Roadmap consistency for all Markets in the region (roadmap is implemented operationally by each person in charge in each market ex: emails, SMSs, clienteling ecards, etc.)
Consolidation and coordination with HQ and local markets for all activities and actions done for DIAMONDS clients. (VIC treatment, Client List management, events…).
3. PCRM Marketing projects roll out for the Markets of the Region:
Data Capture initiatives (EOY).
4. Reports :
Build Analysis for Markets using BI tool.
Build PCRM Reports for Markets and International teams using BI tool (ex: results of local initiative).
Tool usages monitoring reporting (Clienteling App).
5. El Dorado :
Reallocation interface: the only point of contact at regional level able to reallocate a client to a new SA using the El Dorado interface. Responsible for the maintenance of the DB in APAC.
Deduplication interface: the only point of contact to deduplicate profiles at regional level. Responsible for the maintenance of the DB in APAC.
Be the user of the PCRM Marketing tool in APAC.
6. Project implementation :
Be the point of contact for the international PCRM Team for new projects that will involve the market teams and support its implementation:
Clienteling App (Manage roll out across APAC markets).
DCC roll out.
Ensure proper usage of existing tools and roll out their evolutions (MPS, Cegid).
8. Customer Service (Kering Signature): be the main point of contact for the APAC region. Drive and coordinate the 2 hubs (Singapore and Shanghai) together with the markets.
Who you are:
Degree holder of at least 8 years of experience in statistics and data mining within a CRM and loyalty marketing environment with strong background in personalization and loyalty.
Advanced data analysis and consumer insights experience with demonstrated experience in identifying commercially relevant target audiences and increasing sales and conversion.
Advanced experience in using a multichannel CRM communication platform such as Clienteling App.
Able to work independently and complete projects within required timeframes.
Ability to make tough, informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Strong analytical, decision making, influencing and communication skills.
