Project Manager – Store Planning & Maintenance

MISSION:
The Project Manager is responsible for effective planning, execution, construction and maintenance of Boucheron stores from inception to completion, while ensuring consistency with overall image and standards of the brand in accordance with the corporate guidelines.

How you will contribute
- Plan and oversee large & small-scale store construction projects such as shop opening / closing / renovation projects for both Retail & Wholesale with the guideline from HQ
- Work with architect, landlord, vendors and contractors for all kind of construction projects
- Prepare specifications and detailed tender drawing and project budgets together with HQ SDP team
- Monitor costs, report to local and HQ management & supervise the project progress
- Coordinate with related departments to solve all project issues
- Attend all necessary site meetings and ensure the technical decisions match with the Company requirements
- Attend site handovers and follow-up outstanding work completion if any
- Support with layout / drawings
- Handle quotations, contracts, invoices, and orders
- Be a driving force in introducing local partners (contractors, millworkers, etc.)
- Responsible for maintenance, continuous improvement, and minor works in the shops.
- Manage maintenance interventions to ensure high quality and meet the deadline required by the business and the budget.
- Support the HQ into implementation and issue internal process and projects (e.g. Maintenance tool and guidelines, Sustainability projects)
- Maintain continuous update, communication, and report transversally among Retail Operation, Store Management and HQ.
Who you are
- Degree in Architecture / Interior Design engineering or related discipline, with minimum 5 year working experience
- Trackable relevant experience in luxury retail industry, jewelry experience is plus
- Organized and attention to details
- Able to handle multiple projects with minimum supervision
- Ability to identify issues, tackle problems and create solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties
- Self-motivated, independent, initiative, detail minded and hardworking
- Operational proficiency with MS Office and AutoCAD software
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (Korean, French, Cantonese a plus)
- Business travel is required
