Responsibilities
- Work closely with Client Engagement team to support the region monthly consumer campaign communication execution as according to the product marketing calendar and regional direction.
- Support to coordinate closely with other inter-department like Merchandising, Media, WW Consumer Campaign team and local Client Engagement team to compile the monthly ecard consumer calendar plan.
- Weekly and Daily review of ecards checkpoint ensuring the product focus in place are available at respective market and perform sensitivity checks before launch.
- Validate and proofread the campaign artwork
- Maintain timelines, ensuring all eblast are executed in time at the right market according to the calendar plan.
- Support Insights and Analytics department to roll out and execute event management tools system at regional level
- General administrative and reports support
Key Requirements
- Minimum Tertiary Education – Diploma/Bachelor’s degree: business & economics background / ICT for business & economics / statistic
- 2-3 years in Luxury Retail particularly in Client Engagement, CRM or Consumer Communication preferred & working in a multicultural retail environment
- Added advantage with proof reading, consumer campaign specialist or event management system background
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, Salesforce, Klienteling web, DCC, etc)
- Experience in supporting regional markets
- Good Organisational skills and able to multitask & perform effectively under stress
- Proficient in Microsoft Office esp. Powerpoint & Excel as well as Other presentation software
- Good Eyes for Details esp. communication & Analytical
- Good team player: confident, sociable, flexible & Strong sense of Integrity
