By ‘empowering imagination’, Kering encourages its brands to reach their full potential, in the most sustainable manner SUMMARY This position is responsible for full transaction cycle of payroll processing in Kering Group in South East Asia and Oceania with focus on Singapore and Malaysia. Ensure compliance with all applicable Employment Ordinance in South East Asia and Oceania. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • To perform monthly payroll administration for different entities timely and accurately • To coordinate with various departments on payroll related data, such as sales commission, overtime records, various allowances, etc. • To manage vendors/providers to ensure quality services is provided • To ensure statutory compliances and submission of mandatory reports and contributions • To work closely with various stakeholders to gather the right information for filing the tax returns on a timely manner • To gather, check and provide all necessary reports to various stakeholders • To assist and support team members whenever required REQUIREMENTS • Diploma and/or bachelor’s degree holder • Minimum 3 years’ payroll administration experience • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong knowledge in Singapore and Malaysia Employment Law • Strong in MS Excel • Meticulous and result oriented • Able to work within tight timelines • Able to work independently and collaborate with team members
