We are currently seeking for a E-Commerce Manager who will be part of our dynamic team in China.

How you will contribute

  • Well understand both company strategy and online ecosystem, to support management team to develop EC Flagship Store business, and to drive brand awareness in TMALL (currently 1 mono brand FSS & 1 multi-brand FSS)
  • Be responsible for P&L and financial performance of FSS business
  • Drive the sales plan and strategy while meeting sales and profit targets as well as operational KPIs (UV/CR/Fans#, etc,.)
  • Co-work with both internal functional stakeholders (MKT/FIN/CS) and external TP team to make sure a smooth FSSs operation, including store VM/assortment & stock management/promotion plan and execution (regular platform calendar & branded themed ones) / paid traffic investment management / store livestream & Tmall top MC livestream plan & execution / warehouse, logistic & online FSS after service improvement, etc,.
  • HQ management team communication & education thru regular meetings, to align on strategies and plans
  • Team management, both internal FSS team (2# team member) and external TP team (~20# ppl)
  • Proactively monitor competitors, other industries (luxury/fashion/cosmetics…), and different external platform’s best practices/ trends/ initiatives to continuously improve our creativity and competitive advantage.

Who you are:

  • At least 7 years working experience in EC, TMALL management experience is a must
  • Well understand different business model operation in major EC platforms (B2C with TP, B2B2C with E-Dealer), and both E-Dealer & TP management experience is a must
  • Strong industry insights and dynamic optimization capabilities
  • Strong analytical skill - good understanding of market through researches, scan data, cost efficiency analysis and activity effectiveness analysis, etc.
  • Strong commercial sense and result-oriented mindset
  • Excellent in English, both oral and written. Italian is a plus
  • Strategic thinking, as well as hands-on working attitudes, with capability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks
  • Very good communication skill, self-motivated, quick learner, sense of responsibility and enthusiast team player
  • Luxury/Fashion/Cosmetics industry experience and EC multi-channel experience are a plus
