To cope with business growth, we are currently looking for high calibre with creative mind-set to join us.
ROLE
Lead the quality control and quality standards for global production, manage global after service operation and guidelines.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Establish product quality standards for new products
- Manage quality control activities
- Oversee and implement global after-sales service policy, assist regional operations teams in the policy implementation
- Handle monthly report and analysis on the situation of after-sales service cases worldwide, dig out problems and look for solutions
- Liaison with vendors, worldwide local workshops for handling repairs/services, contracts, quotations, delivery, improvements, etc.
- Responsible and answer after-sales service enquiries from worldwide markets
- Based on quality control and after services analysis propose improvement on production
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- At least 7 years of experience in quality control and after service, Jewel or watch industry is preferred
- Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-minded, multi-tasking, good in time management
- Ale to work in collaborative and independent work situation with good communications skills
- Good in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Computer literate with good knowledge and hands-on experience in MS Office applications
- Candidate with more experience would be considered as Manager
- Immediate available is highly preferred
