This role is responsible to foster a culture of learning agility, positive growth, development and productivity within team. In charge of full training and talent development cycle for retail business on a worldwide basis.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Development and Management
Map out, develop and implement training programs, including but not limited to onboarding, selling skills, conversational, negotiations, handling objections, new product launches and VIP service, to enhance client engagement and team performance.
Design and conduct various learning solutions to fit the local market needs, including e-Learning, virtual class, face-to-face training and field coaching. Execute knowledge-checks to validate learnings.
Monitor and review training effectiveness through observing various KPIs results, together with Retail Team, with close follow up.
Prepare annual training calendar, training reports and training budget planning.
In partnership with Human Resources, provide insights on the development requirements for the Retail team pertaining to Management, Communication and Coaching capabilities.
Conduct field coaching at stores to promote excellency in customer service and client experience.
Store visit to observe customer purchase behavior and interact with SA and / or clients, and in partnership with Retail, on how to elevate client experience.
WHO YOU ARE
Minimum 6 – 8 years’ retail training experience, and proven track record of design training programs.
Exceptional presentation skills with influencing and persuasive approach.
Strong business acumen and strong understanding of clients’ needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A team player and able to work independently.
High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
