Alexander McQueen is currently seeking a Commercial Insights Manager who will report to the Worldwide Retail & Wholesale Director and support the building and monitoring of the WW and Wholesale/Retail Strategy and Performance.

How you will contribute: 

RETAIL:

  • Development and monitoring of key Retail KPIs, targets and risks across all key topics including client retention, cross-selling, local client share etc.

  • Partnering with Technology & Innovation team on all topics regarding Retail data management & reporting

  • Development of PowerBI reporting to drive insights across the business across a variety of topics including sell-through, stock holdings,  

  • Monitoring correlation between performance retail variables across data channels

  • Continued Ad-hoc analysis covering such topics as:

    • Product category trends v age, nationality, v other regions, Kering brands

    • Store performance vs targets

    • Client behaviour evolution

WHOLESALE:

  • Partner with Technology & Innovation team to manage all Wholesale data management & reporting

  • Manage client replenishment integration and monthly replenishment process to ensure commercial targets are reached

  • Development of Wholesale budgeting, tracking and forecasting process across AMQ/MCQ brands

  • Providing in-market performance monitoring and analysis covering such topics as best-sellers, product mixes, SKU counts etc.

  • Management of Wholesale sell-out data processes & reporting

  • Ad-hoc reporting for senior management covering the end to end Wholesale lifecycle & key risks from shipment progress to mark down performance

Your skills & experience:

  • You will have advanced knowledge and skills within Microsoft Excel

  • You will have experience with a Retail and/or Wholesale business

  • University degree in a related field (Economics, Computer Science etc.) highly advantageous, but not essential

  • You will have basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python

  • You will have basic knowledge of PowerBI or equivalent BI tool (Qlik Sense, Tableau etc.)

  • You will have strong research, data, and analytical skills

  • You will have strong attention to detail and the capacity to thrive under pressure;

  • You will be able to work independently
