Alexander McQueen is in search of a technological and commercially astute CRM Manager to build and deliver brand enhancing campaigns throughout the client life cycle. The CRM Manager will sit within the Communication and Marketing Function, reporting to the CRM & Marketing Director.
How you will contribute?
Own planning, development, and execution of global campaign strategy in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Plan the seasonal email calendar in line with trading activity
Adapt global campaign roadmap to specific market needs
Lead pilot and activation of new marketing channels
Own design and execution of relevant client lifecycle journeys (welcome, retention, reactivation, prospect conversion etc.) leveraging email, landing pages, SMS, and one to one clienteling and social campaigns
Present results and recommendations for optimisation to internal stakeholders and senior leadership team
Establish and build effective working relationships with key stakeholders: Ecommerce, Digital Communications, Merchandising
Work closely with central Kering CRM teams to ensure systems are working effectively and customer data pools are defined accurately
Who you are?
Advanced knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms: campaign and journey building, database segmentation & targeting (Salesforce a distinct advantage)
Solid understanding of campaign KPIs, reporting and deriving applicable insights
Articulate and skilled at writing clear campaign briefs
Tech-driven with proven marketing campaign experience, ideally gained in a Fashion/Luxury/FMCG environment
Entrepreneurial spirit towards problem-solving and organization
Data-driven with a growth mindset
Excellent communication skills
