We are currently seeking an E-Business Omni Project Manager to join the Alexander McQueen team based in our central London offices.
Your Opportunity:
Alexander McQueen are recruiting a new and pivotal role for the E-Business team. The E-Business Omni Project Manager will lead on driving all digital projects forward from initial concept to delivery ranging from front-end improvement and re-platforming to realizing bespoke new business models with a global scope.
The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing technology with business requirements, while being sensitive to the specifics of a top tier luxury house.
Working across multiple projects simultaneously this person must be passionate, organized with a mindset adept at managing and building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally, reporting on the status and managing opportunities/ risks to ensure projects are driven forward efficiently and effectively. Competencies in Agile methodologies and Salesforce are highly desired.
How you will contribute:
(project management - e-commerce – marketplaces - salesforce commerce cloud – UX/UI - digital – technology - omnichannel)

Owner of the E-Business project stack and technical roadmap managing and prioritising day-to-day activities and deliverables: including but not limited to defining project scope, business requirements, objectives, setting up project plans and budget control
Act as project lead for all Front End projects working with strategic, creative (design and UX/UI) teams as well as business analysts and development teams, to manage end-to-end project cycles
Managing transversal roadmap including but not limited to website and backend optimizations, OMS (Order Management System) improvements/upgrades, Omnichannel activations, Marketplaces Integrations
Excellent communication and leadership skills, responsible for presenting to various internal and external stakeholders, developing communication channels between the relevant parties
Provide weekly status reporting and escalate all opportunities and risks against timeline and cost objectives
Lead the collation of project requirements and managing the communication with the Digital Partners and brand stakeholders to launch new marketplaces
Rigorous attention to detail with the desire to drive continuous improvement
Business transformation & Omnichannel
Spread brand omnichannel culture, supporting mind change, reinforcing behaviours, improving global coordination, leading adoption and practice sharing and collaboration
Explore continually competitive landscape and technology advancements to identify best practices, emerging trends and innovation opportunities.
Partner with Retail Team to integrate Omnichannel into client journeys, and manage the rollout and the performance of the omni services with the regions: reserve in store, book an appointment in store, eCom in store, pick-up in store, return and exchange in store
Your Skills and Experience:
University degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Significant project management experience in E-Commerce, tech/digital related field or business strategy consulting
Must have strong experience in E-Commerce technology with Salesforce Commerce Cloud highly desirable
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
Experience working with retail organizations and understanding of E-Business
Project management certifications desirable
Agile certification desirable
Experience in project management tools and methodology - Jira/Confluence and Microsoft Project
Collaborative, team player with the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and team members
Naturally proactive and creative problem solver
Strong eye for detail, highly organized and able to work calmly under pressure and timelines
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
Proficiency in Power Point and Word
Advanced Excel Skills, confident in analyzing and interpreting data
Proactive attitude and work ethics. Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Second European language desirable (Italian /French)
