How you will contribute:

  • Manage the day to day posting of worldwide Digital content, supporting our regions and agencies where appropriate
  • monitoring all posts and comments across the MCQ brand social media platforms, responding and escalating where appropriate (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WeChat, Weibo and Youtube)
  • Attending briefing meetings to develop an understanding of image usage rights and contracts, calculating timelines to meet deadlines, as well as attending and support the shoots (some travel required)
  • Preparing the mood boards and briefs for photographers & videographers
  • Assisting with all creative projects, across both pre and post-production (including retouch comments, coordinating retouching with agencies and working to secure sign off)
  • Proactively coordinate and own the day to day digital calendar
  • Communicating with internal functions to ensure 360 alignment
  • Support in managing the of video social content and ensuring the coordination of assets
  • Collaborate with our internal copywriter to prepare draft social media copy for sign off
  • Support the Digital Specialist in any activities as required including CRM management
  • Assist Graphic Designer to rework assets for stores and franchise partners
  • Provide assistance on resizing and recreating lookbooks for press and showroom
  • Assist with the installation of the showroom in Paris and Milan.
  • Support in in formatting artworks/assets cropping and delivering to the Marketing and E-commerce teams

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Passionate and ahead of the trend before it drops
  • Understand and embrace the MCQ vision
  • You’ll be a digital native
  • Highly organised with the utmost level of attention to detail
  • Calm and resilient when working under pressure, in a fast paced and within a deadline driven environment
  • Numerate, with an interest in analytics, whilst demonstrating a passion and interest in creative online writing
  • You are a social media expert and you have experience in managing multiple online platforms.
  • Excellent written copy and verbal communication skills (proof reading required)
  • Previous experience in a similar role. Preferably acquired in a fashion, luxury retail or tech/ digital company
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop (beneficial)
  • Educated to degree level
