About us

We are currently looking for a Retail Training Manager, reporting to The Head of Worldwide Retail performance, predominately based in the London Head office but with extensive travel around Europe and the US. The successful candidate will spending 50% of their time traveling to worldwide stores to deliver training and the other 50% of their time developing tools like e-learning that can be easily accessed globally. The Retail Training Manager will be focused on developing the teams by giving them the tools to be able to enhance the customer experience at a store level. 

How you will contribute

  • Ensure effective Retail Training in place to enable the achievement of target business results
  • Manage and develop main areas of our Training Strategy: Retail Excellence & Product Training
  • Monitor the expansion of existing programs
  • Design and develop new training contents related to Retail Excellence, Product Training and
  • Coordinate and animate the global Training community (Training Managers / Training Ambassadors)
  • Consistently support / follow up with each region, ensuring that training is consistent across the regions
  • Cascading training information
  • Measure the effectiveness of training to ensure a return on investment
  • Consistently conduct Training needs analysis and review needs within the regions and key business functions
  • Monitor and develop existing digital training tools
  • Elevate Client Experience in retail network

Who you are

  • Extensive of experience of Training in a retail environment
  • Mastering project management
  • Experience in content design and development of new training tools
  • Online, Mobile and innovative approach of Training
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English is a must, French or Italian highly beneficial but not a necessity
  • Ability to travel frequently
