We are currently seeking an WW Omni-Channel Senior Buying Manager who will report to the WW Buying Director based in our central London offices.

Your Opportunity

Reporting to the WW Buying Director, this role will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the women’s and men’s buy across all digital doors including e-comm sites and e-concessions.  You will be responsible for driving sales and profit through a compelling product assortment and aligned to the Alexander McQueen vision.  

How you will contribute:

  • Directly oversee the OTB of all doors included in the E-business P&L and ensure assortment is aligned to the company direction and buying strategy. 

  • Review and drive overall buying strategy, so that the company’s digital position is consistent across touchpoints.

  • Outline and drive the Omni Channel strategy, which aligns with all regions with the ambition to reach the financial goals set.

  • Manage the product allocation and product lifecycle. 

  • Ensure compelling and consistent story telling of product across all points of contact Including: catalogues, photoshoots, and VM.

  • Drive and ensure delivery against the commercial calendar for e-commerce in line with the marketing plan and product deliveries.

  • Use data analysis and hindsight’s to define the business strategy and work closely with the WW Buying Director to drive business forward making decisions relating to product, marketing, OTB. 

  • Manage and drive the performance and personal development of a small team.

  • Monitor competitors and best players in terms of product strategy. 
      

Your Skills and Experience:

  • University degree level educated in a relevant discipline. 

  • Have a strong product sensibility, experience with buying, product and trading.

  • Experience in digital preferred. 

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously 

  • Collaborative, team player with the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and team members. 

  • Naturally proactive and creative problem solver. 

  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through. 

  • Advanced Excel Skills 

  • Fluency in English is mandatory, Italian and French desirable.
