Your Opportunity

Siamo alla ricerca di un Industrial Operations Support Service Specialist per l’area Industrial che entrerà a far parte del team Support Services di Bottega Veneta a Montebello Vicentino (VI), supportando le seguenti attività.

How you will contribute

• Riportando al Coordinatore del servizio, la persona fornirà supporto agli utenti e risolverà problematiche con l'obiettivo principale di consentire agli utenti di massimizzare la propria produttività attraverso un uso efficiente e sicuro di apparecchiature ICT o applicazioni software.

• Gestire e monitorare tutti i sistemi e le infrastrutture;

• Identificare e diagnosticare problemi;

• Monitorare le segnalazioni dall'inizio alla risoluzione fornendo supporto di 1° e 2° livello collaborando con il team IT;

• Esaminare nuovi requisiti aziendali e proporre soluzioni.

Who you are

• Laurea in Ingegneria, Informatica o discipline affini;

• Esperienza pregressa, almeno 1-3 anni in ruoli analoghi all'interno di aziende dinamiche e strutturate;

• Conoscenza delle piattaforme Stealth400 e Stealth3000;

• Buona conoscenza della gestione della produzione e del magazzino

• Conoscenza delle best practices di IT Service Management e Operations;

• Capacità di lavorare in collaborazione in team;

• Capacità di comunicare in modo efficace, sia verbale che scritto;

• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;

• Capacità di problem solving;

• Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia (es. Milano) o talvolta all'estero (es. Kering HQ Paris).
